Regulations for the use of Toruń Apartments under the Krzywa Wieża

• The apartment can not be occupied by a larger number of people than it was registered at the time of booking, nor bigger than it appears from the description of the Apartment, posted on the Apartments website or advertising portals.
• The apartment has a quiet night from 22:00 to 07:00. After 22:00, only the persons booked for the apartment can stay in the apartment.
• Smoking, electronic cigarettes and the use of open fire are prohibited in the apartment as well as in the whole building. There is a smoke detector in each apartment. If a false fire alarm is triggered by unjustified use of a manual warning button or room smoke, the Guest will be charged with a contractual fine of PLN 1000.
• Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use in the apartments heaters, irons, electric kettles and other similar devices that do not constitute room equipment. The exceptions are power supplies for RTV devices, telephones and laptops. Each time, when leaving the apartment, the Guest is obliged to check and turn off the used, and the apartment is equipped with an iron.
• In case of noticing a fire, it is necessary to notify, if possible, the apartments' staff at the number 513 539 580 and go to the exit in accordance with the instructions indicating the direction of the evacuation.
• Moving room equipment between other apartments is not allowed.
• Each time leaving the room, the Guest has the duty to secure it properly so that access to it by third parties is not possible. During the Guest's absence in the apartment, the doors and windows should remain closed.
• The owner of the apartments or his representative has the right to enter the apartment in order to remove the failure or in case of a justified suspicion that the guest violates the provisions of these regulations. In the event that the Guest is not present in the Suite, the owner's representatives will contact the Guest immediately.
• The guest of the apartments is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical equipment of the apartments and the building, resulting from his fault or people visiting him. The guest is obliged to immediately inform the apartment's staff about any events that may expose him / her or any other person to damage and any damage caused to the building where the apartment is located, in the apartment and in the apartment equipment, as well as any claims of third parties in connection with such damage, including owners of apartments adjacent to the apartment.
• Pets are not allowed to enter the apartments.
• The apartment can not be used in any other way than for housing purposes, and in particular in order to conduct any activity in it. It is not allowed to register in it business or other activity, especially related to the receipt of clients.
• In the apartment as well as the entire building, it is forbidden to organize stag nights, hen parties, loud and troublesome social gatherings or parties.
• The apartment can not be subleased to any third parties or in any form to these persons, even if the period for which the guest has paid the due fee has not expired.
• The guest can not make any modifications or other changes to the apartment.
• Guests are obliged to use the apartment and the equipment supplied with it in a manner consistent with its intended use.
• The guest is obliged to maintain and return the apartment in the existing state, which includes, in particular, leaving washed dishes and kitchen utensils before leaving.
• The guest is obliged to leave the apartment by 11.00 on the last day of stay.

 
The principles of operation of the facility:

• there is no reception at the property
• it is possible to insert a travel cot, a bathtub, a feeding chair - please inform us when booking your apartment
• hotel day starts at 15.00 and ends at 11.00 the next day
• earlier check-in and later check-out subject to availability , PLN 50

• cleaning of the apartment at the guests request chargable 50 PLN  for stays shorter than 5 days

• quiet at 22.00 -7.00
• in the apartment and in the building there is a strict non-smoking policy, including electronic cigarettes
• a ban on introducing animals
• the apartments do not have separate car parks, there is the possibility of parking in the neighboring streets or 300 m from the apartments of the car park at Bulwar Filadelfijski 11/15 street (35 PLN per night).
• no stag parties, hen parties, noisy and disruptive social events or parties
